UK's 2^nd Probabilistic Safety Analysis / Human Factors Assessment Forum

The Forum will be an opportunity to build on the success of last year’s event by providing an arena for nuclear safety practitioners and other interested parties, such as yourself, to gain a better understanding of Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA) and Human Factors Assessment (HFA) and their application in the nuclear industry today.

A range of speakers has been engaged to provide interesting and enticing presentations during the event. These will include the current nuclear industry hot topic of Fukushima, its aftermath and the lessons to be learned for PSA and HFA. The Forum will also explore other significant topics, such as software reliability, common mode and common cause failure and the current thinking on human reliability assessment. 

There will be plenty of time during the event for discussion of these topics and to make new contacts and best of all … the entire event is free!
