CRA Win More Repeat Orders!

CRA have been carrying out the annual audit on behalf of Defra for Southern Water and Thames Water to assess their emergency arrangements.  The audit confirms to Government that Water Companies are able to provide at least a minimum level of service to their customers, even under emergency conditions.  The audit involves an assessment of the procedures, equipment, materials and operational capability of the Company which it would use to continue the supply of potable water and sewerage services to its customers in a wide range of scenarios and it also confirms the Company’s overall resilience to unforeseen events affecting its operations.
