CRA supports Young Generation Network Speaking Competition

On 12^th June CRA sponsored the 2012 YGN Speaking Competition for the Nuclear Institute - London Branch.  The competition gave young presenters the opportunity to prepare and deliver a speech on any Energy Related topic, whether technical, personal or social.

The popular event took place at EDF Energy’s office at the Qube.   The quality of synopses received by the judges was very high and the five speakers invited to compete all presented excellently!  

Jamie Steel emerged the winner of the night and received a prize of £300.  He will also be invited to compete in the national final of the YGN Speaking Competition taking place later this year.  We wish him every success!

CRA would like to thank all the entrants and speakers for taking the time to be involved in the competition, the Nuclear Institute for facilitating the event and the audience who played such a valuable and interactive role on the night.
