CRA hosts National Skills Academy for Nuclear launch

CRA is delighted to have the opportunity to host the official launch of the Human Performance Practitioner Training Standard developed by Cogent, the National Skills Academy for Nuclear and the UK Nuclear Human Performance Forum.

It is the first training standard of its kind and supports the changing of behaviours, managing organisational defences and preventing errors to avoid or mitigate the impact of events and incidents.  More details will be released at the PSA/HFA Forum in September.

The launch demonstrates CRA's support of the professional development of people in the industry and the endeavours of National Skills Academy for Nuclear.
