CRA cyclists ride from Leatherhead to Paris

CRA consultants Manel, Peter, Simon and Garth completed the 2nd annual CRA cycling trip. They cycled to Paris, setting off on Friday from Leatherhead, returning by train yesterday.  The first day they rode to Portsmouth, struggling to find a route which didn’t take them along the M27.

Making it to the ferry after dark, Simon was cycling with a flat tyre for the last 3 miles!  Portsmouth to Le Havre by overnight ferry, then Saturday was a more challenging 117 miles to the Paris outskirts.

 

Sunday was a leisurely 25 miles into the centre of Paris leaving plenty of time to see the sights and get some happy snaps:
