CRA appoints two Graduate Consultants

19/08/2011 08:58

Robert Meconi and Jason Shane joined Corporate Risk Associates in August 2011.

Robert recently completed his four year Masters Degree in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering at Imperial College London.  The course included the study of process methods and measurement techniques used in the chemical industry.  For his final year design project, which involved the design of a Biomass-to-Liquids plant, Robert was responsible for carrying out a HAZOP analysis and producing the design of the separation systems.

Robert has started working towards obtaining chartered engineer status through the Institute of Chemical Engineers.  Robert will be based in our Leatherhead office.

Jason recently graduated from Lancaster University with an MEng in Nuclear Engineering.  The course covered a wide variety of modules, including plant decommissioning, instrumentation and safety case engineering.  For his fourth year group project Jason reported on “Advanced nuclear fuel reprocessing with photoreactor and centrifugal separation”.  Apart from the engineering content, he also performed optioneering studies and was responsible for the project planning.

Jason will be based in our Warrington office.

The appointment of two graduates this summer continues to solidify CRA’s commitment to future growth, and underscores our commitment to developing the next generation of nuclear professionals.
