Andrew Butcher joins Corporate Risk Associates

Andrew joined Corporate Risk Associates Limited in April 2011.  He is a chartered physicist with over six years experience in the nuclear industry and has worked in the areas of radiation protection, project engineering, nuclear reactor analysis, and safety case development. This has allowed Andrew to gain experience of many aspects of the nuclear industry, in addition to developing his project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.

Since joining Corporate Risk Associates as a Junior Consultant at our Warrington office, Andrew is supporting the updates to EDF’s Heysham B and Torness Power Station Probabilistic Safety Analysis models. In addition he has taken on the responsibility for organising the company’s second annual Probabilistic Safety Analysis and Human Factors Assessment Forum, which will take place over two days in September (Thursday 8th & Friday 9th September 2011) in the North West of England (link to further information).
